Super Staples Deal if you can stomach long phone call

Staples is offering a CRAZY Cyber Monday deal on Sharpie products.  Buy $25 in Sharpie products or more, get a $25 INSTANT savings. Visit http://www.staples.com/ to read full details (on Cyber Monday page or on each Sharpie product).  The coupon code does not work, but I ordered, chose "pick up" at the store for free shipping.  For less than $2 I have a sack full of Sharpies to pick up on 12/2.  Here is the "issue".  I had to pay full price at checkout because the coupon code would not work, but I then called customer service and they credited me back the $25.  It was fast and easy- but the on hold times are LONG.  If you dont mind waiting on the phone and don't mind paying then getting a refund- THIS IS A SUPER DEAL!!!
