I Love Little Tikes. Our collection started with a brand new "School house playhouse" that my husband picked up for $10 at a yard sale. Over the past few years were have hunted high and low for out of production play structures and toys that we thought our whole family would enjoy. We have build our dream playground in true frugal fashion. While we often buy used Little Tikes toys, the Little Tikes sales and promotions that are constantly running have helped us stretch out budget. My daughter loves the entire line of toys. Over the next month I will introduce a classic little tikes toy and then introduce a current little tikes toy that I think would offer similar fun and learning opportunities.

Can you believe that this lovely castle has now survived 3 families! I am in love with the trap door. The other door that bolts closed is super cute and the tower is perfect for a game of princess! Little tikes has a good sale at the moment. Prices seem steep but they are well worth it! They are durable and made in the USA.
