There are tons of Scotch products on clearance @ Target.  In Plattsburgh they are located near the greeting cards on a clearance endcap.  The deals are great but are extra special when paired with the latest printable Scotch coupons. Pancake day at Perkins!

Perkins Restaurant is the place to be on Monday, March 21st for FREE Pancake Day. Participating Perkins restaurants will give away free made-from-scratch buttermilk pancakes to guests dining in the restaurant on that day. Guests can consider making a donation to Give Kids The World in lieu of payment.  I am going to call to verify that the Plattsburgh location is participating and will let you know for sure tomorrow!
